At EverClif, privacy is not an afterthought. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect data belonging to visitors of our website and clients we work with. We have written this to be straightforward, not to bury obligations in legal language.

1. Who We Are

EverClif is a digital marketing service provider that partners with companies to build and run demand generation programs for them. We operate as an embedded partner within our clients' marketing teams, using data intelligence, AI workflows, and proven frameworks to drive measurable growth.

2. Information We Collect

We collect two categories of information:

• From website visitors
  • Name, email address, phone number, and company details submitted via our third-party contact form or third-party call booking platform.
  • Pages visited, time spent, browser type, and device type (via analytics tools)
  • IP address and referring URL
  • Advertising and campaign identifiers, such as the ad or campaign that brought you to our site, and cookies or click identifiers set by advertising platforms
• From clients we work with
  • Business information shared as part of onboarding or ongoing engagement
  • Access credentials or read permissions for platforms we work on (e.g., ad accounts, analytics, CRM) granted explicitly by the client
  • Performance data, campaign metrics, and other business data needed to deliver services

3. How We Use Your Information

For website visitors, we use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, schedule conversations, and understand how our site is being used so we can improve it. We also use this information to measure how our advertising performs and to improve which ads we show and to whom.

For clients, we use the information and access provided to deliver the services agreed upon. Your data remains your data.

4. Our AI Tools and Data Handling

EverClif builds and uses tools as part of our service delivery and otherwise. These tools connect to client platforms such as ad accounts and analytics dashboards via authorised integrations. The tools pull data in real time to perform analysis and generate outputs.

We do not store raw client data within these tools beyond what is necessary to generate the output in a given session. All outputs (reports, analyses, recommendations) generated through these tools are retained only for the duration of the active client engagement. When a client contract ends, these outputs are permanently deleted.

We do not use client data to train any AI model, internal or third-party.

5. Client Data and Confidentiality

All business information, data, and materials shared with us by clients — including business plans, customer data, and trade secrets are treated as strictly confidential. Each contract with our clients include a confidentiality clause. We operate as in accordance with that specific clause.

Deliverables produced for a client are owned by that client upon full payment of fees, to the extent applicable under law, and treated as work made for hire. EverClif retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary tools, granting clients a license to use these only as embedded in the final deliverables.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your data. When you submit a form on our website, we share limited information with the advertising platforms we use so we can measure and improve our advertising, as described in Section 7.

We may share information only in the following limited cases:

• With tools and platforms required to deliver our services (e.g., analytics, project management), under confidentiality obligations
• With legal or regulatory authorities if required by applicable law
• With professional advisors (e.g., legal, accounting) where necessary and bound by confidentiality
• When you have provided your approval to share information.

7. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies, tracking pixels and similar technologies for three purposes:

• Analytics: tools such as Google Analytics help us understand how visitors use our site so we can improve content and user experience.
• Session insights: tools such as Microsoft Clarity record how visitors scroll, click and move through our pages. Text typed into form fields is masked and is not captured.
• Advertising measurement: we may run ads on platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn and OpenAI (ChatGPT). These platforms may place their own tags or cookies on our site to tell us which ads led to visits, form submissions and booked calls.

When you submit a form on our website, we may send the relevant advertising platforms your email address and name in hashed form, which means they are converted into an unreadable code before they leave our systems. We may also send your IP address, browser type and the platform's own cookie or click identifiers. The platforms use this information to match your form submission to an ad interaction and to optimise ad delivery. Each platform handles this data under its own privacy policy.

We use a third-party scheduling platform for booking calls. Details you enter while booking are handled under that platform's privacy policy.

You can disable cookies through your browser settings at any time, though some site features may stop working. You can also manage how advertising platforms use your data through the ad settings in your accounts with those platforms, or opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info.

8. Data Retention

Website inquiry data is retained as long as needed to respond to and manage the inquiry, and thereafter for a reasonable period for internal records. Client engagement data is retained for the duration of the contract and any legally required period afterward. AI tool outputs are deleted at contract end, as described in Section 4.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at anirban@everclif.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and comply with applicable data protection laws.

You can also ask us to stop sharing your information with advertising platforms by emailing anirban@everclif.com.

10. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect the data we hold. Access to client data is restricted to team members who need it to deliver services.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect active clients, we will communicate directly.
